Made with the skin and the pip of the Albariño grape. First of all, orujos and twelve aromatic herbs are distil (chamomile, coriander, licorice, nutmeg,…). The distillation obtained is aged and afterwards sugar is added up to the right alcohol volume. Finally, a control analysis is made, prior to the very last processes: filtering and bottling.
Live yellow color. On the nose it reminds of green forest. It is surprising its pleasing unctuosity, its richness and a delicate sweet flavor.
