It is made with the skin and the pip of the grape. For its elaboration orujos and lees are distilled. Lees proportion must not be higher than 25 kg of lees per 100 kg of grapes. Product is stabilized up to -10ºC. Then, a control analysis is made and, finally, filtering and bottling processes come.
Fine hints of herbs on the nose, very pleasant with memories of ripe Albariño grapes. In the mouth it is full, rich in shades, big and persistent.
