The Rías Baixas appellation is divided into five subzones, and Adegas Valmiñor is located in the down south subzone in Galicia: O Rosal.

O Rosal
O Rosal Valley is located in the South of the Rías Baixas, where the Miño River flows into the Atlantic Ocean and the frontier with Portugal. O Rosal is one of the subzones of the Rias Baixas Appellation, and it is characterized by producing very special wines. The climatology is soft, without drastic thermic oscillations, and with a great mineral richness in its soils. It owns excellent ripening conditions, what becomes this valley into the perfect place to grow high quality grape varieties.
