Winery Tour and Tasting
During the guided tour of Adegas Valmiñor, you’ll have the opportunity to explore our facilities. We’ll walk you through the various stages of grape processing and wine production, all the way to bottling.
The tour will then lead you to the cozy lounge at Adegas Valmiñor, where we will treat you to a tasting experience. You’ll sample Entroido, our aromatized wine, along with two wines from the Rías Baixas Appellation. These will be accompanied by a delectable aperitif featuring local products.

Vintage Ride & Wine Voyage
Your journey commences with a captivating ride in our classic ’88 Land Rover Santana, meandering through the vineyard until you arrive at the esteemed “Valmiñor Viewpoint.” Here, you’ll be treated to captivating views of the valley and Portugal while savoring a tasting of Entroido, our exquisite aromatized wine.
Subsequently, we shall guide you to the heart of our winery, where you will delve into our facilities and gain insights into the intricate processes that orchestrate the transformation of grapes into our distinguished wines, culminating in the meticulous bottling process.
Our odyssey continues within the warm embrace of the Adegas Valmiñor lounge, where you will partake in a tasting session featuring two wines with D.O. Rías Baixas, thoughtfully paired with a local-inspired aperitif.
