Classic Tour
During the guided tour of Adegas Valmiñor, you will visit our facilities, where we will explain the different processes involved in transforming grapes and producing wines, right through to bottling.
We will continue the tour in the cozy lounge at Adegas Valmiñor, where we will taste Entroido, our aromatized wine, as well as two wines with the Rías Baixas D.O. accompanied by an appetizer made with local products.
Visiting hours: Monday to Thursday at 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.*

Premium Tour
Discover Adegas Valmiñor with our premium guided tour, where you will visit our facilities and see each stage of the process up close: from grape selection to the production and bottling of our wines.
In our lounge, you will taste Entroido, our flavored vermouth, and five wines of your choice from our three wineries with D.O. Rías Baixas, Monterrei, and Ribera del Duero. All this accompanied by an appetizer based on local products.
Visiting hours: Monday to Thursday at 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Approximate duration: 90 minutes.

Vintage Ride & Wine Voyage
You will begin the visit with a ride in our classic car, an ’88 Land Rover Santana, around the vineyard until you reach the “Mirador Valmiñor” viewpoint, where you will enjoy wonderful views of the valley and Portugal while tasting Entroido, our aromatized wine.
Next, we will walk down through the vineyard to the winery, where you will learn about the facilities and the different processes involved in transforming the grapes and making the wines, right up to bottling.
We will continue the tour in the cozy lounge of Adegas Valmiñor, where we will taste two wines with D.O. Rías Baixas accompanied by an appetizer based on local products.

The Wine Tourism Department’s opening hours are:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Additional information to bear in mind:
Advance booking is essential, at least 24 hours in advance.
Friday afternoons and weekends: groups of at least 4 people with a booking made at least 48 hours in advance.
Free admission for children under 18. They must be accompanied by an adult.

Safety and hygiene measures are guaranteed in the winery facilities. The use of a mask is recommended throughout the tour.
