Elaboration
Made with the skin and the pip of the Albariño grape. First of all, orujos and twelve aromatic herbs are distil (chamomile, coriander, licorice, nutmeg,…). The distillation obtained is aged and afterwards sugar is added up to the right alcohol volume. Finally, a control analysis is made, prior to the very last processes: filtering and bottling.
Tasting
Bright yellow color with aromas that remind us of the forest. Its pleasant unctuousness, its richness in nuances and a delicate sweet taste are surprising.
